In today’s world, it seems that there are too few positive comments given to people that deserve it. On April 16th our home sustained somewhat minor damage from the tornado. We had damage to our garage door. We contacted your company to get an estimate on a new door. We made an appointment with Kate Werner. She arrived promplty and knew her material well. She didn’t oversell the products, but gave us good, well-informed information. She e-mailed us a quote along with a picture of the door. The decision was an easy one for us. We were able to decide on a new garage door along with a new door opener. Kate was an outstanding representative for your company. On 6-7-11, Tom arrived and took the old door down, installed the new one and replaced the opener. He then took the time to explain the new door with the opener’s operations. Kate then followed up today to make sure we were happy with the door. We were very pleased with the level of service we received from both Kate and Tom. With employees like these two, your company will go far in this tight economy.
