On Tuesday, January 21, 2014, I called you because my granddaughter had closed my garage door by climbing into my vehicle and pulling the cord for manual door operation, which caused the door to slam down. It would not work after that. A nice lady answered the phone who tried to help me. She then put a service tech named Chad on the phone. He was so nice and helpful. He told me what to do and it worked. He wasn’t rushed and took the time to explain several things to me. I lost my husband 3 years ago so I haven’t had anyone to do maintenance in my home which needs to be done. Thank you Chad for helping me and taking customer service to the top. You made my day. Thank you.
