Client Testimonial – “Thank You From the Bottom of My Heart!”

I called yesterday regarding my garage door at my home. I was having some trouble with it and the young lady I spoke with yesterday, I believe her name was Shalotte, was very helpful. She asked me if I had checked my GFI switch first, before scheduling someone to come out – and I have to say that was my problem.
I just wanted to tell you all thank you very much. Certainly you all could have scheduled someone to come out and flip the switch but you saved me a little over $100 and I appreciate it.I know that was business for you but I just have to say from the bottom of my heart thank you. If I ever have any issues with my garage door that are outside my GFI switch, I will certainly give you all a call. And if I know anyone else who needs assistance I will certainly recommend you. It’s the little things that make a difference and I just wanted to say thank you. I hope you all have a wonderful day and a wonderful holiday and thanks again.
