Custom Door & Gate installed our garage door when our house was built and I had them replace the entire thing many years later with a newer side mounted door operator, raised the garage door railings to give me more space, and replaced the old door with a better one. Now everyone compliments on how quite our garage door operates. Most recently we had top get one of the door springs replaced. Caroline was a such a pleasure to deal with for each service call and made it painless to provide us the part for free under warranty without requiring any effort from me. Steven, the field technician, hustled to work me in that very morning that I called to help me get the garage door operational asap so that I could get my cars out of the garage (the size of our door made it impossible for me to lift it up by myself without the assistance of springs). Caroline and Steven were both excellent in their quick response, friendliness, communication, and service. It's comforting to have a good local business at your fingertips who you know you can trust to help you at a moment's notice.

Anthony was excellent. He called to let me know his time of arrival and was here when he said he would be. The repair on my door did not take long. But after 2-weeks fighting the elements I was completely satisfied to see this work done. A very pleasant individual.
