Great service. Our gate stopped opening. Called it in about 9:30 and they were able to get here by 11:30. There was a bad connection to the battery. They fixed it without a charge. They are great. They get at least an 11 on a scale of 1-10. It is now working fine. As a plus the technician was also very friendly.

Custom Door and Gate did warranty work today. Anthony, my technician, was fantastic!! He explained what was needed, showed me what he did to fix the problem and had me test it out. He performed a complimentary service for the door as well. I highly recommend a company and their people that go the extra mile. Will definitely be calling them to schedule for ongoing maintenance.
