Their customer service is wonderful. They came out the same day I called to replace a spring in our garage door. Our home is over an hour away from their office. Where other businesses we called who are closer to us didn’t return our call, an employee actually answered the phone and made arrangements for same day service. Tony, the technician who did our service call, was knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with Custom Door & Gate. My husband has opened and closed the garage door several times and is amazed how quiet it is. I told him the new springs are only good for 24,000 cycles so to quit messing with the door😂 Thank you for excellent service.
