This is a follow-up – regarding the installation of my new garage door opener replacement on 23 Feb 2017. Today the installer DJ installed my replacement opener. He called to let me know when he would arrive and was on time. He was very courteous & very knowledgeable. Explained everything to me as he installed & made sure everything was tested & working & removed all older parts & trash prior to his leaving. I just wanted to let someone know how smooth the installation went and courteous DJ was & that he takes pride in his work & your company! Thank you for a very nice customer service experience. Please pass this on to upper management for any recognition he may be able to receive from the company.
